Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
At NovaSkinLab, we hope you’ll love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging materials, and must show no signs of use.
NovaSkinLab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How do I register my return?
To register your return, please contact us at novaskinlab@gmail.com or via the contact form on our website.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label from us.
You must send your return within 14 days after receiving the return label. Returns sent after this period cannot be accepted.
Please note that the sender is responsible for ensuring safe shipping.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Are return shipping costs covered?
To keep our prices fair and accessible, we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
Return shipping is therefore at your own expense.
Can I keep the free gifts if I return items?
Free gifts can only be kept if your total order amount still qualifies for the gift after returning items.
If you return your entire order, or if your total falls below the minimum amount required for the gift, you must also return the free gift.
If the gift is not returned, its original value will be deducted from your refund.
