Can I receive specific samples with my order?

We understand you’d love to receive samples of the products you’re interested in. Unfortunately, we do not have samples available for every item.
Our warehouse works with pre-packed gift bags, which include all the free gifts added to your order.
Therefore, we’re unable to fulfill specific requests for samples or sheet masks.

I forgot to use my welcome discount code. Can this be applied manually?

We’re unable to manually apply your welcome discount code.
However, you can still use the code for your next order, as long as it hasn’t been redeemed yet.

My credit card payment was declined, but an amount is still reserved on my card. How can I fix this?

Declined transactions usually disappear from your credit card within 3 business days.
Please contact our customer service if the payment is still visible after that period.
